Anniversary Cakes

There are many types of anniversary cakes from traditional to heart shaped and bell shaped cakes. The entwined hearts cake is, I feel, particularly romantic. The hand crafted sugar bells and flowers look particularly attractive on an anniversary cake and, as with wedding cakes, the colour theme of the event can be achieved. Cakes can also be iced with Royal or Regal icing, depending on style and whether the cake is fruit or sponge.
