Christening Cakes

As with wedding cakes, all ideas and designs are undertaken. Some cakes are required in sponge and, some in fruit. Often a two tier cake is required which could be one cake in sponge and one cake in fruit. Again all types of designs are asked for by clients – some really traditional with a model of a baby in a cradle to the cake actually being in the shape of a baby in a cradle. Whatever you require is usually achievable. As with wedding cakes, they can be iced with Royal icing or Regal icing depending on whether the cake is fruit or sponge.
